By creating a tenant account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the terms of any lease agreement signed separately with building management.

2. Account Accuracy
You must provide accurate, current information when applying for a tenancy. Building management may suspend or reject accounts found to contain false information.

3. Rent & Charges
Rent, utility charges and any other fees are due on the dates shown on each invoice. Late or missing payments may result in restricted account access or further action under your lease agreement.

4. Payment Verification
Payments submitted through this portal (including bank transfer proof) are reviewed and approved by building management before being reflected as paid. Submitting a payment does not guarantee approval.

5. Documents & Notices
Notices, invoices, receipts and other documents issued through this portal are official records. You are responsible for reviewing notices sent to your account in a timely manner.

6. Account Suspension
Building management may suspend, restrict or deactivate a tenant account in line with the lease agreement or applicable law. Suspension does not delete your historical records.

7. Communication
Messages sent through the portal's contact feature are reviewed by building management and are not a substitute for formal legal notices where required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms
Building management may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the property's jurisdiction.
